Apprentice Management Accountant (Graduate Opportunity)

Job Introduction

Are you a graduate with a passion for the railway and looking for an exciting new opportunity?

We are seeking applications for Apprentice Management Accountants to join our existing team based in London Bridge. 

You will undertake month-end reporting activities to provide accurate, timely and relevant financial information for management reporting.

You will also support the Finance Business Partners and the business in tracking budgets.

This is a great development opportunity and full training will be provided, including time and support to undertake an apprenticeship plus access to support from the Graduate programme led by Go Ahead. 

The Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following;

  • A degree in any discipline (all grades considered)
  • ​A passion for enhancing people’s lives through public transport and putting the customer at the heart of everything we do
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent IT skills (particularly Excel)
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent analytical and numerical abilities
  • Accuracy and an eye for detail
