Customer Service Talent Pool

Job Introduction

We are seeking proactive people who express enthusiasm in improving our passengers’ experience and put our passengers at the heart of everything they do. This customer facing role involves all aspects of customer service, providing real time information, dealing with difficult conversations and complaints and pro-actively assisting passengers.

The role includes the following accountabilities:

  • Positively influence our passengers’ emotional state
  • Demonstrate our brand value – “A more human line”
  • Change the way SE passengers experience rail travel
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Be visible – meet and mingle with our passengers
  • Remain friendly and approachable while being thoroughly professional at all times
  • Provide options and alternatives when a passenger’s journey experience is not going to plan
  • Work as part of the station team and assist colleagues where this a can free staff for their own operational duties
