Eyewitness Command and Control Officer - 12 month secondment
Job Introduction
We are looking for an Eyewitness Command and Control Officer to join the team at our Puddle Dock offices. The purpose of the role is Provide 24 hour tactical and operational support for front line colleagues, controlling the deployment of all RPO and REO staff in line with the published roster, the Revenue and Enforcement Plan and the day to day needs of the business.
Role Responsibility
To complete and maintain the SRECC daily activity log and EIS.
To provide frontline colleagues with advice, direction and support on all revenue and enforcement matters.
In times of disruption work to the SDP as Command and Control for all Revenue and Enforcement staff as 1st Line On-Call
Collate information and intelligence to produce and distribute briefings as required.
Direct and monitor CCTV usage in line withe agreed policies and understanding of GDPR implications.
Respond to all internal and external correspondence in a professional and courteous manner.
The Ideal Candidate
Will be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication to people at all levels
Have excellent attention to detail; following rules and procedures is a key part of this role
Able to prioritise an ever changing work schedule
Able to work under your own initiative
Adaptable approach; able to reprioritise throughout your shift as different events occur
It is desirable that you would have a BTP accreditation and be vetted to level 2 standards, if you are not then these will both be need to be achieved for successful placement in the role.
