HR Business Partner

Job Introduction

We are seeking a HR Business Partner to join our team based from our Head Office in London Bridge (12 month maternity cover). 

Working closely with the Directors and Senior Management Teams, you will act as a true partner to the business in implementing the people change plan.

You will develop a deep understanding of key business drivers and priorities, and provide an effective interface with the Centres of Excellence to help the achievement of these.

In addition, you will provide coaching and guidance to business unit managers, contributing on a multitude of HR activities to drive business performance and influence change.

The Ideal Candidate

To be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate the following in your application:

  • Proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships, and significant experience operating at HR Manager level
  • Demonstrable multi-discipline Human Resources experience
  • Proven experience of significant change management/OD experience.
  • Demonstrable experience of grasping issues quickly and delivering effective and efficient solutions
  • Ability to adopt a consultant style approach to the role, partnering with senior managers, developing good relationships both within and external to the organisation
  • Well-organised and able to manage multiple projects/relationships
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering value-adding HR solutions
  • CIPD (or equivalent qualification) or working towards qualification
