Project Coordinator

Job Introduction

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Major Programmes team based from our Head Office in London Bridge (Hybrid Working).

You will support the delivery of major programmes and business transformation programmes across Southeastern. 

In particular this role provides project support to the Major Programmes team in regards to financial data, project planning and any other areas as directed.

The Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this role we recommend you demonstrate the below in your application;

• Previous experience of coordinating and optimising activities, tasks or plans.
• Experience of working in a busy environment with many challenges.
• Experience of MS Office, including creating formulas in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. 
• Friendly, approachable and engages others in open, honest and productive conversations.
• A good team player who is thorough, understands the importance of, and is able to meet all deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good problem solving skills.
