Revenue and Enforcement Data Analysis Manager

Job Introduction

The Revenue Crime and Enforcement Data Analysis Manager will provide analytical and data support for the Revenue, Crime and Enforcement team to enable an intelligence led approach to crime, revenue protection and railway enforcement using existing and future data and systems to provide periodical and ad hoc reports and guidance as requested.

Role Responsibility

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Providing a range of solutions, including analysing associated risks and benefits to business problems and requirements.
  • Producing, managing, analysing and presenting statistical data to relevant Management to assist in business decisions in a timely manner.
  • Using and implementing a range of analytical methods to provide relevant business solutions.
  • Working across the business with a range of different stakeholders to provide solutions and recommendations.

This role will be Monday – Friday, 37 hours a week, normal working hours.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful for this role, candidates must:

  • Have experience of using software packages such as Microsoft Power BI or equivalent.
  • Have experience of interpreting and analysing statistics and data and the ability to build, write, produce and present complex reports, graphs and data packages.
  • Be highly proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office programmes such as Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Have proven work experience as a Data Analyst.
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to get on with people at all levels.
  • Be extremely well organised and able to manage a high volume of workload effectively.
