Traincrew Roster Administrator - Part Time - 12 Month Contract
Job Introduction
To provide administrative support to the Traincrew Roster Team at Southeastern. Your duties include:
- Maintain accurate, accessible records for all Key Stake Holders within the business.
- Collate material for input to progress reports as required by the teams;
- Manage the documentation – ensuring all documents are filed in an orderly fashion online;
- Process Medicals and Taxi requirements;
- Manage the Sick, Off track and vacancies board and spread sheets;
- Maintain statistical data that informs the current situations of each depot/location.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in office administration
- Experience of working under pressure in a busy environment
- Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to multitask and be well organised
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Quality Orientation – Shows awareness of high standards ensuring work is completed to required level of quality
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing demands
