Area Manager - High Speed Stations
Job Introduction
As an Area Manager you will manage a group of stations and management team. You will be required to ensure the safety and security of customers and team members and motivate and develop the station teams. The post holder will be expected to utilise resources to maximise income and meet statutory obligations.
Role Responsibility
You will be responsible for delivering safe, secure and professional levels of on board services to customers, focusing on customer satisfaction and revenue collection. You will lead, deploy and motivate front line staff so as to encourage and promote professional standards of service, continuous improvement and compliance with all imposed obligations.
Other responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
- Ensuring that daily station reviews are undertaken, such as staff presentation, station cleanliness and customer service levels.
- Leading, coaching and developing your teams at all stations within the group.
- Developing and maintaining productive working relationships, both internally and externally with customers and other external stakeholders.
- Demonstrating Southeastern values and behaviours at all times.
Working here
The role is mainly Monday - Friday, but weekend work may be required for certain events and for on-call requirements.
