Engineering Finance Business Partner

Job Introduction

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our team based in London Bridge to provide insight driven, high quality analysis to improve business performance. 

You will build budgets and forecasts taking into account current and future business performance, ensuring consistency with the future strategy of the business.

You will also provide accurate, timely and relevant financial information on which to base business decisions, with a focus on Engineering operations.

The Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the below in your application;

• ​Qualified or part qualified in a recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA), or equivalent.
• Substantial experience in a similar role supporting a Mechanical Engineering function.
• Commercially astute with demonstrable understanding of financial aspects of a business
• Experience of budgeting and forecasting at an operating company level.
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent presentation skills
• Experience of rail or similar transport / franchise industry (desirable)
• Oracle and iTM1 systems (desirable)
