Integrated Travel Manager

Job Introduction

We’re looking for an experienced commercial professional to take on a key role in our Commercial Directorate, driving impactful changes in the rail industry and becoming our expert on all things Integrated Transport.

What will you be doing?

Lead the Design and Delivery of Strategic Plans: You’ll be at the forefront, shaping and executing our strategic initiatives about first and last mile travel, shared ownership transport schemes and integrated public transport that enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth.

Be a Catalyst for Community Partnerships: Foster and develop relationships with community-based companies, to improve the end to end journey experience, becoming a key facilitator for innovative collaborations.

Subject Matter Expert: Be the subject matter expert and develop knowledge of legislation and best practice related to integrated transport

Monitor and Measure Success:  Track and analyse the effectiveness of our plans, focusing on customer attitudes, passenger numbers, and revenue impact.

Build great relationships: You will manage our car parking strategy, ensuring seamless service and performance and also develop close working relationships with functional managers and directors to ensure that policy, procedures, and best practices pertaining to integrated transport and accessibility are disseminated and upheld.

We would love to apply if you have:

  • Strong ability to guide and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments with emerging trends and external changes.
  • Proven experience managing key relationships, both internal and external.
  • Previous experience in the rail or broader transport sector.
  • Skilled in developing and managing segmented customer journey maps.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects from conception to completion.
  • Ability to utilise data to inform improvement plans and strategic decisions.
